Our gym is accessible 24/7 once you become a member! You can feel safe at all hours with our state of the art security system and all areas of the gym being video monitored (except for shower and restrooms).

With the take off of our nutrition bar and the needs of our members joining daily we have increased our availability! We are now staffed M-F 7A-7P, S 7A-3:30P, Sun 9A-2P. Com by for memberships signups, renewals, questions or concerns as well as visiting our Nutrition bar.

Beginner Yoga is for all people ages 14 and older. Our instructor teaches you from the beginning how to properly breathe and how to stretch those muscles to really enhance your balance and flexibility

We offer a stand up and a lay down tanning bed during staffed hours. Our beds are cleaned daily and available in our standard gym package.
